Kevin Shin is the General Counsel of EnergyX and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s legal matters, including drafting and negotiation of contracts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and providing legal advice to the executive team.
Prior to joining EnergyX, Kevin was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, a premier international law firm based in New York. Kevin received his JD from New York University School of Law and his Bachelors of Arts and Science from Northwestern University. Kevin is admitted to the New York Bar and expects to be admitted to the Texas Bar in the near future.
