All investments are reviewed before they are accepted. This is a normal step in our process. Once it is done, our CEO Teague Egan will countersign the investment in batches and you should be getting a confirmation email with the fully executed details.

A DRS/share certificate is issued a few months after your investment is completed. Once it is issued, you will receive an email with a link to that document. Your signed subscription agreements are the proof of ownership you’ve received initially and this can be found directly in your Dealmaker account.

DealMaker is a cloud-based platform used by companies to complete capital raises digitally. They help manage the circulation and tracking of the offering for the company. You will be invited to invest in an offering by email or through a companies website. You will complete your questionnaire, sign your agreement and fund your investment on DealMaker. While the earliest retail investors in EnergyX have made a 10x return on their investment, the shares of EnergyX are still not liquid. However, if EnergyX goes public or gets acquired by a larger company this opens up the opportunity where you could convert your shares into cash or a more liquid asset. Exits include an initial public offering, getting acquired by a larger company, or our company buying back shares. If the value of our company grows, then you have a higher potential of making a profit on your investment during one of these exits. Please note, you are investing in an early stage revenue company. Success will be measured in progress towards revenue. Investing in startups is risky, and there is no guarantee you will get a return on your investment. As EnergyX continues to build value for our customers and society, many exit plans will present themselves. Our plan is to build a successful, valuable company. Exit opportunities may arise in the future such as acquisition or IPO but it would merely be speculation at this point to try and predict the future.
