Ebony Dailey

Ebony Dailey comes to EnergyX with over 15 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Development. She enjoys enhancing the culture of organizations to ensure business leaders, managers, and employees feel supported and continue to enjoy the work they do. Over the course of her career, she also served in the Army National Guard for six years.

When Ebony is not doing all things HR, she enjoys creating art and working out in the gym. Since 2019, Ebony has created over 60 art pieces and started selling and exhibiting her work this year for others to experience. In support of her hobby of working out and training others to live healthier lives, she also created an online personal training and coaching business – Strong and Nerdy Fitness in 2023. Ebony also enjoys taking her Harley out for rides through the city and the Hill Country to decompress. Ebony lives in North Austin where she is lovingly supported by her fiancé and his daughters. She is the oldest of three siblings and moved back to Austin in 2020 after serving in the military in California to be closer to her family in Texas and Missouri.
