Where contact information is provided, we will handle the identity of the person raising the concern as confidentially as reasonably possible, subject to applicable law and the requirements of a fair and effective investigation.

We will:

  1. Acknowledge receipt within five business days, where contact information has been provided.

  3. Investigate the matter or refer it to the appropriate qualified personnel.
  4. Keep the person raising the concern reasonably informed of progress, where possible.
  5. Seek to provide a substantive response or proposed resolution within 30 calendar days.

EnergyX prohibits retaliation against any person who raises a concern in good faith, participates in an investigation, or supports another person in using this grievance mechanism.

Retaliation may itself be reported through this mechanism and may result in disciplinary or other corrective action.

Other Remedies

Using this grievance mechanism does not prevent any person from contacting government authorities, regulators, law enforcement agencies, courts, labor organizations, or other external grievance or remedy mechanisms.

Our grievance mechanism is intended to support early identification, constructive dialogue, investigation, and appropriate resolution of concerns.
